It is a high shank machine, which means it is really easy to get you hands where they need to be to change needles, feet, etc. The machine has been routinely serviced and maintained by “certified” Pfaff technicians. It comes with all the original bits and bobs. In addition there is a hardcopy printed version of the user’s manual. The price also includes the Creative Grand Dream Hoop (360 x 350).
