SEATTLE WEARABLE ARTS GROUP “DYEING” TO TRY SHIBORI AND INDIGO-DYEING

Is sewing one of your passions? If sew, we invite you to join the Greater Seattle Chapter of the American Sewing Guild. The American Sewing Guild, ASG, is a non-profit organization for people who love to sew! ASG welcomes all skill levels and areas of interest, whether your passion is couture, quilts, home dec, or accessories.
We encourage you to get to know us by checking out our website and contacting us. We would love to tell you about the sewing activities and get-togethers our chapter offers its members. And, more importantly, we invite you to meet us in person.
Seattle ASG has neighborhood and special interest groups, which meet once a month either in-person or via zoom. As a member you may attend any and all of the groups if you wish. Learn new techniques, expand your knowledge of sewing, and other fashion related news. Our chapter has many sewing events, free and paid, by recognized sewists and our own local experts throughout the year. Check our calendar for the variety of events. Once a member, you can access all the topics under the Members tab on our website. Post your newest sewing achievement, ask questions of the group, access the roster, or place an item on the Buy, Sell, Trade post. And, most importantly, join a group of fellow sewists, who speak your sewing language, love the same thing you do, and want to meet new like-minded people. Here’s your chance.
Click the “JOIN ASG” button to join American Sewing Guild. When registering with ASG, choose “WA/Seattle” as your Affiliate Chapter. If you would like to check us out first, you may attend 2 meetings as our guest before joining. We look forward to seeing you!
