Challenge jacket

All fabrics from my stash:  2 yards of Japanese Yukata (14 inches wide), Super 80’ fine worsted wool made for John Brown (England), most likely men’s suit fabric-on a free table at our chapter guild.  And buttons from a 25-year-old hand knit sweater.  I even had the variegated thread in my stash for the quilting of the bodice and sleeve bands.   Can’t stress enough—Make that toile.  I made two and it was worth the time.
