Looking for Oct/Nov 2011 Threads Mag Article on Edge Finishes by Susan Lazear

I’m trying to get a copy of the first few (and possibly last) pages of an article by Susan Lazear on edge finishes that appeared in the Oct/Nov 2011 issue of Threads Magazine. The library doesn’t have it. They requested it through interlibrary loan and I received pages 58-61, not quite the entire article. Anyone have it?

I have a Threads Archive USB.  It allowed me to create a PDF of that entire issue, which was 30 MB.  I “printed” the pages to another pdf file, and I shall email it to you.  Made easier with our new usernames being our email address.  😉

Oh, I also have the actual magazine, though its location is a mystery.
