Couture Workshops in Palm Springs in May 2021

If your interest is couture sewing, there are two fabulous classes coming up in May 2021 in Palm Springs, California.  Claire Shaeffer does not teach workshops anymore, but two of her star pupils, Barbie McCormick & Linda Homan, are professional seamstresses who teach in Palm Springs. Claire comes in to the classes and brings many of her couture garments to show to us.  I have been to 3 of Claire’s workshops and one of Barbie and Linda’s, and I have signed up for both of the workshops in May. The May classes are:

Hand Tailored Jacket May 7-12, 2021, using Claire Shaeffer’s new Couture Tailoring: A Construction Guide for Women’s Jackets for reference
and
Create Your Couture Closet May 13-18, 2021
