Highlights from the Fashion Show at the Annual Meeting
By popular demand, there will be a PowerPoint display of photos taken at last November’s Fashion Show! Some of you attended and others missed it. Here’s a chance to look at photos together and share what we admire with the garments and other items “on the runway.” Let’s make suggestions and brainstorm together about what alternate fabrics one might use, would you change a full sleeve to a 3/4 one, etc. And, we might end up planning to be the chapter’s Group that finds us all entering into next November’s Fashion Show! And as many Fashion Show “celebrities” as can be found are being invited to attend. This is getting organized by Marion with help from Sue.
And, make sure you read Diane Gloystein’s Annual Fashion Show Commentary in the chapter’s December newsletter. Diane mesmerized the audience with the history of fashion influencers, ranging from Turkish Coats, to Calvin Klein, to Barbie The Movie, and more!
Come join the fun. There will also be time to share your “Show and Tell”.
