Hello fellow seamsters.
Our June meeting was a big success (or so I hear) with 29 pet beds made at the meeting and delivered to Noah on the way home! Thank you Michelle and Sharon for the use of your space and thank you to the member who delivered to Noah.
It was suggested we sew pet beds at all the meetings! Maybe not all the meetings but I invite you to sew up a shell and bring it along with your scraps and do some stuffing while we talk if that floats your boat.
Our next meeting is July 11 from 3:30 to 5:30 at Quality Sewing and Vacuum , 426 E College Way in Mount Vernon. I don’t have a particular topic this meeting and invite you to bring one if you wish.
A sew along was discussed earlier in the year. If there is a project you are itching to try but have been procrastinating on, maybe a sew along is the answer. Bring your ideas.
As always bring Sew and Tell, any sewing questions or tips or problems and we will all learn together.
