Our next meeting is Monday November 14 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Quality Sewing and Vacuum, 426 E College Way, Mount Vernon
Just in time for creating hostess gifts, one of our members, Kathie Ives, will be demonstrating her method of making potholders from scraps.
As always bring your items and questions for Sew and Tell. If any of you attempted a t shirt draft, bring it along.
I need your input for our December meeting. Are we interested in having that meeting elsewhere ( a local restaurant/bar or my home) for appetizers and beverages and end of year reflections?
And are you interested in bringing in fabric to trade with other members for a fabric challenge? This is where we trade a fabric we have no use for with other members. We then have until the next meeting to turn that fabric into something fanciful, useful or otherwise.
