Upcycled Plastic Necklace

I was about to throw out some plastic garden pinwheels–but realized the colorful plastic might be suitable for upcycling.  Sure enough; even though it was brittle, I glue-gunned pieces I cut out carefully to wooden backings (from the Artists’ Garage Sale in Everett!), strung them together, and made this colorful necklace.  I really love it!
