We had a lovely in-person meeting last month and Barbara O’Steen has once again offered her deck for us to meet outdoors! The weather is predicted to be cool and cloudy, so dress accordingly. If it gets too cold, we can move indoors and space ourselves out. If you still have spare fabric after last month’s massive swap, bring 1-3 pieces for a mini-swap. (Plot twist: if no one else takes them, you may have to take them home yourself.)
Join us from 10-noon on Saturday, September 17. Note: this is at the same time as the Sewing with Leather education event happening in Tukwila.
Bring your Sew and Tell!
Prefer Zoom meetings? We will be resuming those at some point. Barbara offered her house as a meeting place this summer. At our last meeting, we talked about everyone’s comfort levels with regard to meeting indoors and masking levels. Overall, people wanted to be conservative and meet outdoors.
